Today we had Ron and the boys out with us. What a great day we had. These guys were a blast to have on the boat for the day. On our way out, we stopped and fished for some tilefish. They started off biting quickly and then just as quick, shut down! We then continued offshore and found the mahi school and the fun began. We ended up having a nice catch and alot of fun.

Great trip and adventure with the captain and crew on the Fishin Fannatic, from the time we contact Captain Mark about booking the trip until we return to the dock. On Saturday, we had the O’Conner family from Illinois out with us. They were on an Extended half day trip and as luck would have it, the mahi were only about 14 miles off today and we had enough time to get to them. The kids had a blast bailing mahi and catching some nice kingfish. What great memories this family will have. We love having family trips and introducing kids to fishing. We had Chad and the boys out with us today. It was finally a beautiful day offshore here on the Outer Banks. We ended the day with a nice limit of mahi. The sharks were really bad today and it was a bit choppy, but we managed to scrape out a decent day.
