The weather finally cooperated and we had a great day on Saturday. Ryan and the gang got to sneak away for a fun day on the water. On Sunday, we had a make-up charter with Mike, Emily, Sebastian and Joel. What a fun group this was!! We could not have asked for a more perfect day – great customers and great fishing. The gang ended up with a great catch of yellowfin tuna, and some mahi. There were a few citations here too! Fall fishing is really heating up! On Wednesday, we had Scott and Shelly out with us for a 6 hour charter. What a blast we had with these guys. We ended up with our limit of nice king mackeral and a few false albacore. The fishing has been really good as of late. The 6 hour gives more time to get to the kings and the offshore action has been hot lately too.
On Thursday, we had Ken and his family out with us for a full day offshore – plenty of action! The blackfin tunas were everywhere – we threw back more than we kept. A few mahi and yellowfin mixed in. We a fun day we had today. We had a great group of retired Frogmen with us today for a tilefish trip. We ended up with our limit and the guys have some great dinners coming up.
